Delivery
To check on merchandise purchased:
1. Call administrative office 206 243-1834, Tues. thru Fri. 9:30am to 4pm.
2. Keep the pink copy of your order as a permanent record and please have it in available when calling.

Regular delivery hours: Tues. - Sat. 9:00 - 4:30
1. If your merchandise is IN STOCK, you will be contacted to arrange delivery within 3 to 5 working days. If you are difficult to reach, please call 206 243-1834 2-3 working days after purchase to arrange for delivery.
2. SPECIAL ORDERS: our office will contract you when your merchandise arrives and arrange for your delivery.
3. HOLD ORDERS: if we are holding your merchandise for future delivery please contract us a minimum of seven days in advance of your desired delivery date.
4. Once delivery is scheduled your order is unpacked, inspected and deluxed by our professional service team.
Will Calls & Pick Ups:
Please call delivery office, 206 243-1834 a minimum of three working days in advance to ensure merchandise is ready. Our pick-up hours are from 9am to 4pm Tuesday thru Saturday. Please bring all necessary handling materials as they are not provided (i.e. ropes, ties, pads, blankets).
C.O.D. Deliveries: If your sales slip designated a C.O.D. delivery, please do not expect your delivery team to make alternate payment arrangements upon delivery. All changes from C.O.D. to extended credit plans take five working days and are channeled through outside lending institutions. We respectfully request that you avoid inconvenience by making any change in your payment method in advance. If an attempted delivery cannot be completed because C.O.D. payment is not collected there will be an additional charge for redelivery.
After Delivery Service:

3. Foster's offers a limited one year warranty which you receive with this purchase of our products. Please read it carefully and keep for future reference.

Policy
Foster’s Furniture has been serving Washington and the greater Pacific Northwest since 1951. We sincerely want you to be happy with your new purchase.
Please recognize that any item is only new once, and that furniture, like any other product, begins to wear out as you begin to use it.
But use it you should. And enjoy it! And replace it when it no longer satisfies you.

Warranty
Specific warranties on the items we sell are listed here, which give you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state to state. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so if you have a problem, just let us know and we'll be glad to help you as much as we reasonably can.
All furnishings* sold by Foster's Furniture Company is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under conditions of normal usage for a period of one year from date of delivery. Repairs of any such defects will be made without charge to the original purchaser during the warranty period. If Foster's cannot repair the defect within a reasonable time after being properly notified, we will offer a replacement or tender a refund on a prorated basis to purchaser at our option.
*Except furniture sold "As Is."
There is no warranty for fading, shrinking, stretching or general wear-ability. There is no warranty for fading of any colored finishes or discoloration or pitting of metal finishes. And since Foster's sells furniture for home use only, it is not warranted for commercial use.
Pick-up and delivery back will be included within our normal delivery zones. This warranty does not apply to damages resulting from negligence, misuse, fire or other accident, or natural disaster. After a period of one year from date of delivery, our service department will order parts, if available, and make repairs desired with owner being billed at reasonable rates for parts and labor, as well as pick up and delivery, if required.
Any additional warranties issued by manufacturers and attached to the merchandise should be carefully read and kept in a safe place.
